Direct Debit Application Form

Direct debits are a more convienent way to pay your membership subscription. If you are wishing to pay by direct debit it is better to set this up before your membership subscription has been mailed to you. Please print out, fill in and send the form back to the AFPOP office if you wish to pay by this method.
